Six technical requirements for patterned aluminum plate
1. Brand and chemical composition
The grade and chemical composition of the steel for patterned aluminum plates should comply with the grade and chemical composition of the steel for clarinet specified in GB 3092.
2. Manufacturing method
The manufacturing method of the black tube (furnace welding or electric welding) is selected by the manufacturer. The patterned aluminum plate adopts the hot-dip galvanizing method.
Three, aluminum plate and pipe joints
1. The delivered galvanized steel pipe should be machined after galvanizing. It should meet the requirements of YB 822.
2.Steel pipe joints should comply with YB 238; malleable cast aluminum plate joints should comply with YB 230.
Fourth, mechanical propertiesThe mechanical properties of the front of the patterned aluminum plate should meet the requirements of GB 3092.
Five, the uniformity of the galvanized layer Galvanized steel pipe should be tested for the uniformity of the galvanized layer. The patterned aluminum plate sample shall be immersed in the copper sulfate solution for 5 consecutive times without turning red (copper plating).
6. Cold bending test The patterned aluminum plate with a nominal diameter of not more than 50mm should be subjected to a cold bending test. The bending angle is 90°, and the bending radius is 8 times the outer diameter. There is no filler during the test, and the sample weld should be placed in a bend The outer or upper part of the direction. After the test, there should be no cracks and peeling of the zinc layer on the sample.
Matters needing attention during the use of patterned aluminum plate:
1. Do not use aluminum products to hold flour, which will cause the organic acid in the flour to chemically react with aluminum to produce harmful substances;
2. Do not place pickled food in aluminum products, such a long time will make the aluminum element in the aluminum products penetrate into the food, endangering our health;
3. Don't stir eggs in aluminum products, this will cause some aluminum substances to be fused in the eggs, which will endanger our health;
4. Do not use aluminum products to hold alkaline things. Alkaline things are easy to chemically react with aluminum products and endanger our health.
