According to the international brand naming principle, the aluminum content must reach 99.5% or more as qualified products. my country's aluminum alloy technical standards (gB / T3880-2006) also clearly stipulate that the aluminum content of 1050 reaches 99.5%. The same reason that the aluminum content of 1060 series aluminum plates must reach more than 99.6%. 2000 series aluminum plate
Stands for 2A16 (LY16) 2A06 (LY6) 2000 series aluminum plate is characterized by high hardness, of which the original content of copper is the highest, about 3-5%. 2000 series aluminum sheet belongs to aviation aluminum material and is not commonly used in conventional industries. There are few manufacturers producing 2000 series aluminum plates in my country. The quality cannot be compared with abroad. Imported aluminum plates are mainly provided by Korean and German manufacturing companies. With the development of my country's aerospace industry, the production technology of 2000 series aluminum plates will be further improved.
3000 series aluminum plate
Represents 3003, 3003, 3A21 mainly. It can also be called anti-rust aluminum plate. my country's 3000 series aluminum plate production process is excellent. 3000 series aluminum plate is made of manganese as the main component. The content is between 1.0-1.5. It is a series with good anti-rust function. It is commonly used in air conditioners, refrigerators, under-vehicles and other humid environments. The price is higher than 1000 series, which is a more commonly used alloy series.
4000 series aluminum plate
The aluminum plate represented by 4A01 4000 series belongs to the series with higher silicon content. The silicon content is usually between 4.5-6.0%. It belongs to construction materials, mechanical parts, forging materials, welding materials; low melting point, good corrosion resistance. 5000 series
Represents the 5052.5005.5083.5A05 series. The 5000 series aluminum plate belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminum plate series, the main element is magnesium, and the magnesium content is between 3-5%. It can also be called aluminum-magnesium alloy. The main features are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. Under the same area, the weight of aluminum-magnesium alloy is lower than other series. Therefore, it is commonly used in aviation, such as aircraft fuel tanks. It is also widely used in conventional industries. The processing technology is continuous casting and rolling, which belongs to the hot-rolled aluminum plate series, so it can be used for deep oxidation processing. The 5000 series aluminum plate in my country is one of the more mature aluminum plate series.
6000 series
Stands for 6061, which mainly contains two elements, magnesium and silicon. Therefore, the advantages of 4000 series and 5000 series are concentrated. 6061 is a cold-processed aluminum forged product, suitable for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Good usability, excellent interface characteristics, easy coating, and good workability. Can be used on low-pressure weapons and aircraft joints.

7000 series
On behalf of 7075 mainly contains zinc. It also belongs to the aviation series. It is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy and a heat-treatable alloy. It is a super-hard aluminum alloy and has good wear resistance. The 7075 aluminum plate is stress-relieved and will not be deformed or warped after processing. The thick 7075 aluminum plate is ultrasonically detected to ensure no blisters and impurities. The 7075 aluminum plate has high thermal conductivity, which can shorten the molding time and improve work efficiency. The main feature is that the high hardness 7075 is a high-hardness, high-strength aluminum alloy, which is often used to manufacture aircraft structures and futures. 8000 series
Is more commonly used as 8011 and belongs to other series. In my memory, the main function of the aluminum plate is to make the bottle cap, and it is also used in the radiator. Most of the application is aluminum foil. Not very common.
9000 series
Belongs to the spare series, so advanced in technology, in order to cope with the emergence of aluminum plates containing other alloy elements, the International Federation of Aluminum Plates and Strips specifically indicated that the 9000 series is a spare series, waiting for another new variety to appear to fill the gap of the 9000 series.
