Three series
The 3000 series aluminum bar is mainly composed of manganese. 3000 series aluminum alloy mainly represents 3003, 3105 and 3A21. The content is between 1.0-1.5, which is a series with better antirust function.

Also known as aluminum magnesium alloy. It is characterized by low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. 5052 is the most commonly used alloy for mobile phones. It is the most representative alloy with moderate strength. It has good corrosion resistance, solubility and formability, especially with high fatigue strength and seawater resistance. It is often used for products with high strength requirements, but its coloring effect is not ideal, Suitable for sand blasting process, not suitable for chemical sand blasting, fog surface, etc., mainly using the casting molding method, not suitable for extrusion molding.
Six series
The 6000 series aluminum alloy represents that 6061 mainly contains two elements of magnesium and silicon, so 6061 is a cold-treated aluminum forging product with the advantages of 4000 series and 5000 series, which is suitable for applications with high requirements of corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Good usability, easy coating, good processability.
6061 and 6063 are widely used in mobile phones, of which the strength of 6061 is higher than 6063. By casting, it can cast more complicated structures, and can be used as parts with buckle, such as battery cover, etc.
Seven series
Mainly containing zinc, 7000 series aluminum alloy represents 7075. It also belongs to the aviation series. Eight series
