The aluminum foil air duct is made of stretched pure aluminum foil, which is continuously and tightly clamped by screw. Due to the oxidation property of aluminum material, a layer of glue will be covered during the production to isolate the aluminum material from the oxidation reaction with oxygen in the air. Aluminum foil duct is mainly used in the end air supply stage of fresh air system.
The thickness of the product is generally between 0.08 and 0.2mm. According to the size of spinning tools, aluminum foil air duct with infinite diameter can be made theoretically. However, according to the actual application, the inner diameter is generally within the range of 60 to 200 mm, and the length is within 10 meters.
